The idea of the research is based on extracting and collecting fiqh totals by Imam Ibn Hazm through his book, "Almohala BelAthar". This is an abstract of a thesis for obtaining a master’s degree in fiqh, entitled: "Fiqh totals by Ibn Hazm in the book "Almohala" - from the beginning of the book, "Alqardh"(loan) to the end of the book, "AlIjarat"(rents)- (Comparative Jurisprudence Study)."
This thesis contains an introduction, four chapters, a conclusion, and indexes.
The Introduction contains the objectives and importance of the topic, the reasons for its selection, previous studies, research methodology, and its detailed plan.
The first chapter contains the biography of Imam Ibn Hazm, the definition of his book "Almohala", and the theoretical study of totals, and this chapter includes three topics:
The First Topic: Biography of Imam Ibn Hazm.
The Second Topic: the definition of the book "Almohala"
The Third Topic: The theoretical study of totals, their definition, clarifying the difference between them and the jurisprudential regulations, and the juristic rule, with the statement of the rule of the controller of total of jurisprudence, and the sources of jurisprudence totals.
The Second Chapter: an applied study of jurisprudence totals by Ibn Hazm in the book,"Almohala", from the beginning of the "loan" book to the end of the book of "rents", and this chapter contains the jurisprudence totals in the section of loan, sponsorship, mortgage, and division, and it contains six totals.
The Third Chapter: an applied study of jurisprudence totals in the matter of entitlement, fraud, and felonies, and includes five totals.
The Fourth Chapter: an applied study of jurisprudence totals in the chapter of reconciliation, debts, bankruptcy, leases, procedure, and there are eight totals, which are a total of 19 totals, I studied with a comparative juristic study, and indicated the most correct according to the strength of evidence
